Spider-Ham vs. Arcade

Some of my Spider-Ham drawings are re-creations of artwork/characters from the original series. However, I love Spider-Ham so much, that over the years, I've felt compelled to create some characters that I think would be a great addition the Spider-Ham universe. Having said that, I present my version of Arcade from the Spider-Ham universe.

Top 15 Replacements for Mr. T

Recently, a website I frequent held a Photoshop contest. The website charged contestants with the task of finding the weirdest, craziest replacement for  Mr. T. With good reason, I lost the contest. Kenny G. Robinson

My good friends, Kenny and Ro, recently posted a hilarious Facebook pic of their son, Kenny Keil IV. The photo of K4 looked so much like Edward G. Robinson that it inspired this Wacom drawing:

Weird Sketch Wednesdays

Kenny Keil (Cool Beans, Man) and his wife Ro are new parents. I recently attempted to do a serious portrait of their son, Kenny IV, using one of his photos as reference. This is the result. Little tip folks: don't hire a cartoonist to draw your portrait. Still, I think it's funny.

Glad Grad

Final Illustration

Magazine Layout

It's graduation season and here's a brand new illustration that I did for a column in the June issue of SB Magazine. I added the orange box for the sake of the blog. In the magazine, the column text wraps around the edges of the graduate himself. I drew this completely using my Wacom tablet and Photoshop.

Cool Beans, Man: Episode 1

Cool Beans, Man is a new web comic slash artistic experiment by my good friend and artist, Kenny Keil. It's a very funny strip and I encourage you to check out his blog here. He's also been nice enough to allow me to colorize his gorgeous artwork.
