Here's another blast from my cartooning past: Alf the Inventing Anteater. I recently found a stack of Alf comics when I was looking through my archives. I had completely forgotten about this character. The premise of this comic strip is very simple: Anteater makes invention; Invention explodes; Repeat. These are simple gag cartoons. More than anything, they are VERY FUN. I enjoyed reading these so much I decided to ink and color these strips. I also reformatted the strips into a Sunday comic format which I think looks great. As an added plus, I overlayed a halftone screen to give the comics an old printed look.
